Wiring fog lights
I was wondering how yall ran wiring for your fog lights that sit on the roof. My top comes on and off regularly, so do you just run it through/under the weather stripping or something? Wiring lights on the roll bar in my pickup was easy because I just let the wires hang down to the drain plug in the back of the cab, but I don't have that luxury in the 4runner.

Through the gasket would likely work. I run the wire for my roof mounted GPS antenna out through the sun roof gasket, works fine, no leaks.
Fog lights are best run down low for best effect, at least in fog. Up high, they'll throw so much light around, it'll blind you in dense fog.

got em wired up and got electrical conduit wrapped around it. They work real good for only paying $50. BRIGHT as all get out. My old ones were only 55w and these are 100w. I wired them up through my brights so I can either have just the brights or flip a switch and they come on with my brights. They are Optilux 1900 by hella.
