Advice Neeed!! Newbie

Just totalled my 94' T100 a few weeks back, and I was trying to decide what my next truck would be. I was looking at another T100 4x4 or thinking about a 4runner 4x4. I use it at my deer lease in West Texas, and some towing. I have read on the forum that there are pro's and con's to both vehicles. So I was asking for help with my decision. I was looking at later 90's models in both vehicles. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The only question that I have about the Tacoma's is how much will they tow. I will be pulling pop-up trailer loaded down with gear. So i'm guessing 2500-3000 lbs, and that's why I was looking at the T100, or would it be better to bite the bullet and get an 2000-02 Tundra. Just not sure what would be the right choice.

the 4Runner is not good for towing like the T100 is. but the 4Runner is better for most other things including security for cargo. it also has more storage. but it comes down to personal opinion and what your looking for in a rig.

I love my runner but it gets really annoying when you need a pickup, even just for some lumber every now and again. If you used your t100 for pickup things your going to miss the bed.
