90 toy truck

I ahve a 90 toy truck with a 3.slow in it(well was in it),and due to an engine fire lost most of the 3.0 wiring harness. my question is would a 22re wiring harness be compatable with the 3.0 plugs under the dash? any help would greatly be appreciated
