Ok I did some searching and found the some info for the older pickups and some for the taco's. Mine is a 94 pickup with LED tails and I have the super blinkers going on. Well I yanked down the flasher relay and took out the small resistor that I thought everyone was talking about but I guess it was the wrong one. (Lights dont flash they just stay lit up when you hit the turn signals or emer. flasher button).
Has anyone done this? Or is there a relay that I can get from the parts store that will be a plug and play deal.??...(got to get a new one anyways)

I just rewired with a 2 prong flasher off the shelf of the auto parts store, but now mine flash really slow, lol. Direct replacements are out there though. I think a company called Vleds makes a plug and play flasher for led lights, but I can't remember the part number; it's like $12 er $13. Try Googling Vleds and see what you come up with.
