Passenger side tear down write-up ? / Stick back foam

Does anyone know of a tear-down write up for the passenger side of a '98 ? I need to remove pretty much everything that's under there to sort out some crazy annoying rattles but I'm slightly concerned about removal of the cooler unit and the airbag.

Also, does anyone know a place to get sticky back foam sheets to wrap the under-dash wires in (like they come from the factory) - I assume it's got to be fire retardant.

Thanks.

Where is the rattle coming from (back rest or seat)?
The seat part is not hard. I believe you put the key in the ignition first (don't turn it) and then disconnect the battery. Then unplug the airbag and seat belt sensors.

Sorry but I don't have the cooler unit you mentioned
Here is what I did when I recently added some foam and heater elements.

There are 4 bolts that hold the seat place on the floor. Remove these and take the seat out.
Next remove the plastic covers on the side of the seats.
There are four bolts holding the seat cushion to the frame of the seat. Take these out and remove the cushion and check if it still rattles (could be as simple as a busted hog ring).
To open the cushion you need to cut a bunch of hog rings. There are more hog rings inside holde the fabric to the foam cushion.
Get a cheap hog plier and hog rings from Ace or similar to use when you put it back together (wear gloves though, these suckers puncture your fingers easily).
Check and see if something in loose on the frame.
Finally if it is the backrest, you can open the clothseat fabric in the bottom on the backrest but I didn't try taking it more apart as I could slid in the foam and heater element I needed.

Do a search for heated seat installation and I think you can find some images of what the seat looks like inside (or I can PM some).

For wires whey not try electrical tape or Ducttape?
