Dynamat ?'s Please HELP!

Okay so i know that Dynamat is way better for noise reduction than any bed liner but i got a few questions...
First off a little background info:
89 4runner, 33x10.5 bfg m/t, am planning to put a sweet sound system in and dont want to spend alot of money if it will sound like crap due to road noise, and the carpet needs to come out because it is a P.O.S and smells wet all the time. I know I wont be able to get a completely silent ride due to the 33 m/t on there but any little bit will help.
Has anyone ever, done for them selves or, heard about someone putting Dynamat down on the floor of their vehicle then putting a bed liner such as Herculiner over it for a washable interior?
Would this be worth it or would i just want to put in a bedliner and be done with it?
Should I just put a bed liner in and skimp on the sound system and upgrade my 4runner to make it more capable (ie. lockers, SAS, and what not?)
How do you guys with bed liners run your wiring for subs and stuff so that the are hidden and not in the way?
Sorry about all the questions just want to get all the info I can so I dont regret it later.

i wouldnt coat dynamat with bed liner, it will just create pockets for moisture to sit and slowly rust your rig out. bed liner is a sob to get off of anything also if you do have any problems down the road. if your worried about road noise then get new carpet and factory underlay if it is available, new door seals top seal etc to keep wind noise to a minimum. all that said i.m.h.o. the first gen 4 runner isnt really that good of a vehicle for any kind of sq (sound quality) setup. personally i'd do a great job of dynamat on the inside skins and inner outside skins of the doors and a decent set of components built into mdf panels in the doors. bass you can go whatever way but i think the front stage will be the most important in your setup.

Those are really good points I never thought about the moisture in the air pockets.
So i have been on the Dynamat website and found that they have a spray on mat (Im thinking like a bedliner) its called Dynaspray but its a little pricey ($300us for a 2.5 gallon jug that covers 54.00 to 70.00 ft2 which is way more than I need) would this work with a bedliner over it?
Im thinking of just looking around town, if it will work, here to see if some grafix/paint shop could do it for me and for how much. The only down side to this is I wont get the hands on experiance I want from it but whatever Ill get my experiance from the bedliner install.
