3.0 exhaust valve.

Naturally my 3.slow burn up an exhaust valve and i was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a write up as to how I could replace the valve myself. The shop wants $1200

That's a rip off. I had my entire 22re head rebuilt...very well...for $135....parts and labor. Shop around, if think you might like to have it done for you.

Are you thinking of just servicing the one valve?
