chop and bob questions for 1990 4runner

I need some ideas on how to close up the back where i chopped it. I will probably use some stock sheet metal but i need some more ideas. I would like to see some pics of the inside of 4hummers bed and see how he made the bed caps aswell,

IDK if its possible, but what if you fab the cut off part to make it connect like the 1st gen 4runners did?

check out pirate4x4 for some ideas Ive seen a few chopped and bobbed 2nd gens on there. Its posible

I have always thought I'd splice the back window section from a similar year pickup. Id' be able to have a sliding window then, and a majority of the roofline/ side profile should work well.

Here is a nice 2nd Gen... details how he closed it up.:
