truck won't start really weird???please help

So i've been installing a stereo and all the sudden the truck won't start. Not because the battery is dead it just doesn't do anything when i try to start it. All the Electrical stuff seems to be working just fine. The Battery has 12.5 volts. and i even tried to jump it and no go. I've check every fuse in both fuse boxes and everything seems fine. The only thing i could think of is that maybe something came unplugged some where when i was working on installing speakers in the doors, but it doesn't seem like those wires would effect the starter like this. I have an alarm but the starter disable function is not hooked up. I can't here the starter click so something has to be up with that??? Any ideas or troubleshooting tips will help!:brickknoc

Did you also check the fuses under the hood as well?

yes i pulled every fuse and checked all of them and can't find anything. Like i said everything works as expected except the starter...nothing when cranked on not even clicking. The two areas i've been working on is in the right kick panel and behind the glove box and in the drivers side kick panel.

Wonder if by conincidence your starter is bad?
Unlikely, but stranger things have happened

might want to post this up in the vehicle specific tech section to get more answers, is it possible you cut a wire on your ignition or something important like that?

So it started, "didn't start after you installed the stereo?" Go back and check all your work, it probably got screwed up around there!
