I've been hearing some squealing noise from the Alternator.
Is this a sign that it's about to go out?

The squealing noise is not continuous, like everytime the pully spins in a certain spot.

The belt is new. I notice the noise gets louder and stops whenever I turn on my headlights or roll down the windows (whenever electric power is being drawn more).
