OEM Remanufactured Parts from non-Dealer?

OEM Remanufactured Parts from non-Dealer?
Is it possible to get OEM Remanufactured brake calipers from Autozone? I called them and they said no, but I've read about fellow forum members getting 199mm S13WE brake calipers from Autozone. Are these not Toyota remanufactured units?
Is the only place to get Toyota remans from a dealer?
I checked autozone.com and the only remans that they have are from Fenco. I didn't think Fenco remans were Toyota remans.

The remanufactured Tundra calipers I got for my swap were Toyota brand. I got them from NAPA. I would think most of the calipers getting sent in for remanufacturing would be genuine Toyota so that's what would come back.
