just thought of a dumb question about my keyless remote
I've had my 4Runner for a year now and I never got around to finding out what the second button on my 2 button factory keyless remote does. In the past I tried pushing it expectiing windows to go down or something, but nothing ever happened.

You can program a second code in there for keyless entry into a second toyota vehicle. If you have two Toyota vehicles with the factory alarms you can use the same remote for both cars. All this is in your owner's manual.
