Auto to Manual Hubs - What do I need?

I have these:

And want to go to the Aisin Hubs, or possibly Warn.

What do I need? Do I just need the Hubs themselves i.e. Those offered by Wabfab? or do I need to also do the Spindle Nut Conversion kit?

The Warn kit looks like it replaces a piece of axle back to the CV Boot - which after the Pain in the ass I had replacing the half shafts I'm a little concerned about tackling again.

2- forget the Warns, get some Aisins from someone, hold out for some that have been removed properly, and not had the crap hammered out of them.

Yes, that is where the confusion lies.
Some think that add and auto hubs are one and the same, 'tis not so.

You would think the pic would have been a good clue though, don't see many of those around.

Automatic differential disconnect, different than the auto locking hubs in the pic above.
