I decided to take off my AC pump and everything else that goes with it because I dont use air and it makes oil changes a lot easier. Anyway it was on there when I bought the truck and I am not sure if it works or not. It had no freon in it when I took off the lines. If anyone is interested in any parts for the AC system let me know what you need and we will go from there. If you scroll down you will see my picture links in one of my replies.

 

MattK- I'm interested. When you say "everything else that goes with it", does that meen all parts necessary to set up AC in my 86 yota?

 

Was it attached to a 22r, re, or rte? Any pics?

I will post pics up here this afternoon as soon as I get the rest of the stuff that I have together. This is off of a 22RE.

 

Here are the links to the pics I have. After taking off the condenser I now see that it is no good. If you look at the pic with the diagram of AC System Components you will see I put the parts that I have in red. I have the actuator but it is still on the truck along with the VSV and the box up under the dash. If you look at the last pic of the interior diagram you will see all the components up underneath the dash. I have not removed these items yet because I am waiting to see if anyone is wanting to buy everything before I take it out. Let me know what you think.
