Brakes still dont work right

Ok i would post in the t100 section but no one looks there soo..

96 t100 3.4 v6, AT 4x4.

I can bleed the brakes, they feel fine afterwards but later on the pedal while not stiff just doesnt feel like its grabbing. The pins on the front calipers are new and I siliconed them to be sure, the pistons work well, etc.

When I go to jamb on the brakes I feel as if it stops but it doesnt lock up like it used to and the ABS kick on. Instead it stops but feels more like you would gradually do so..instead of immediate..

Ok so far I have replaced/done:
front hoses
front calipers (as of 2 weeks ago, one locked up..again!)
new front brakes (came with the loaded calipers.)
bled the system 2-3x myself, then power bled it at my shop
all new fluid is in there period..

Ok so all thats left is the master cylinder and booster. I am leaning towards the booster being bad but air still could be in the system-so I dunno.. Im gonna nab a motive power bleeder pretty soon to test for sure but what would the symptoms of a bad booster be?

Well, it's not the booster.
If you think about it you'll understand why

The booster is what supplies the "power" to the power brakes.

No booster (or bad booster) and no POWER brakes.

The vehicle will still stop, however you'll need both feet, probably literally,
to get it to stop.

Did you adjust the rear brakes? Did you bleed the rear AND the prop valve?

x3 on brake adjustment, my friend went through the same issue on his T100, and we went back in and found he forgot to re-adjust after fixing them
