im in the market for a roof rack that will hold a spare tire (33x12x16R) and has a shovel holder and light mounts. now i do have roof runners to mount them to, so i also need the roof rack mounts. but what i need to know is what is a good name, and how big do i need to fit the spare tire?

 

I have owned 2 wilderness racks, currently own one for my 4runner. But they are awesome.

 

wilderness, how would you rate their stength? like would you say they are a very strong and sturdy rack. how long and how wide do they have to be, or is it any length?

They are very strong, and tuff. I could easily have a few people up on the rack, and have spar tire and stuff up there. They come in all lengths and widths.

ive been browsing on there, i like them, and the gas can holder,and other holders, i like it, i ust gotta be able to lock EVERYTHING because down here if it is not locked, kiss it goodbye.
