Anyone running Doetsch Tech shocks?

Anyone running Doetsch Tech shocks? My buddy has them on his landcruiser and really likes them. Seems like the prices are competitive and they have a good reputation.

If so, which model are you running, 3000, 8000, 9000, or MV12?

Looking to put them on my 92 4runner.

I had the MV-12's on my 2nd gen.
I really liked, perfect ride good travel. I had them in combination with Downey HD coils.
I was very pleased. I do remember the only issue was the stock bushings didn't fit but Downey sent ones that did with them.
enjoy.
On here every one will tell you to go with Bilsteins, which is not a bad choice and probably what i'm going to go with for my 85.

I had Bilsteins on my last two trucks, I am just looking for something a little different, just for fun.

The MV12's were not too soft in the rear? What did you have in the front?

When I bought my springs from Downey, they suggested the MV-12s and that's what I put on. The MV-12s -- combined with the springs -- are a little more bouncy but not bad or anything. The combination is GREAT when pulling a trailer.

shocks

I had them on my 83 LC and was very pleased with them. People that rode in the truck were very surprised w/ how nice it rode (3" of lift and 33" mudders). Just put OME shocks and rear springs on my 94 t4r and am very happy so far.

I don't even know. They were replaced over 100K miles ago, and are still good.
