I would say 1-1.5" on both ends.
And the largest tire you could fit is 33x10.50

 

im tryin to go 33x12.50

Yes he ships to canada, I got a set of his balljoint spacers.

by limit do you mean lift wise? 1.5 for the bj spacers is about the most you want to do.

rear about 2" since you have a 4runner I can bet you have some rear suspension sag.

 

ya i have a bit of a sag since i put the tire rack back on
