Where can I get new shifter boots?

Where can I get new shifter boots?
I put a JDM transmission in my truck (imported toyota transmission) and the pattern is different, can't fit the original boot on anymore to seal the hole in my truck. The gear shifter is more toward the right and the tcase left now. toyota dealer says they have no access to non-domestic toyota parts. What can I do?

Pull that stupid JDM junk out of there, and put the correct part in. Aside from finding someone in Japan or fabbing up your own, you dont have much for options.
Remember Japanese vehicles are RHD, ours are LHD. Why would you put a JDM trans in knowing that?
