3.0 Exhaust manifold modification. Tell me what you think

I am going get a spare set of manifolds and attempt to remove the outlet from the drivers side manifold, and move it to the passenger side manifold and cap off the rear openings of both. This will take some cutting and welding but im not worried. I am an expert in this field

Hopfully eliminating the crossover pipe and avoiding the heat and fitment issues with any of the available headers. ( not to mention price)

I will then replace my passenger side manifold with the modified one and have an exhaust shop bend some pipes and take it from there and connect the two banks into one 2-1/4 exhaust.

Tell me what you think. I figure this can all be done for the price of used manifolds and the muffler shop cost. I have connections there too hehe. Probly under a 100 bucks.

I had a heavily modified manifold on an old turbo car I had and it turned out just fine. Wasnt pretty though lol, but you cant see the manifolds on the 3.0 very well anyway, especially the bottom off them.
