85 Pickup w/V8 speedo not working????

85 Pickup w/V8 speedo not working????
I am new to the truck world and I just got a 85 yota with a chevy 350 and chevy trans axel in it the truck is awesome but the speedo doesnt work any suggestions on what to check and where ? thanks guys
