squeeking noise after tranny fluid change

Hey all. I just changed my tranny fluid with Mobil 1. Everything went fine but now when the clutch pedal is up there is a steady chirping noise until I press it in. Also at the top of the pedal action it feels a little rough. Any ideas? I don't know what kind of fluid was in there before, maybe something with the synthetic?

Sounds like a throw-out bearing. Probably just a coincidence you noticed it after the oil change

Thanks for the replies guys. It actually stopped but the pedal action at the top is still kinda rough. I'll have it checked out soon before it becomes a major problem. YodaPala, how much did it cost to have the clutch replaced? I'll bring the parts to the shop, just curious about the labor.
