Back to the exhaust issue. I decided to take up the recommendation of insalling the magnaflow muller rather then the TRD exhaust. An issue that i have been wondering about is what to do with that little exhaust pipe begind the muffler. I hate the way it sticks out behind the rig. I was wondering if i could just cut it after the first bend behind the axle? Would that damage anything due to exhaust heat or any other issues? Another possiblity i found on All-Pros Web site is their High Clearance tail pipe. From the picture it seems to me that theiy tuck the pipe right under the bumber. Would the heat from the pipe being that close warp anything or do any damage?

i've done one here at the shop and i just bent some tube to make a new tail section (any exhaust shop should have no problem doing this)
