Ranch 4" lift? what kind is it.

I cant find anything on the net, but i think i heard its discontinued so that might be why. but my dad just called me about it, and i think some guy at his work is prolly gonna sell one cheap or something so hes telling me about it.

He said its off a 90 pickup, would this fit on my 86? and what kind of lift is it? he said its front and rear...im just hoping its not blocks for the rear, and prolly an ifs bracket lift or something?

any help asap would be awesome guys.

Thanks YT

My guess would be a 4" rancho bracket lift for the front, not sure if they came with blocks or springs for the rear.

are 4" bracket lifts frowned upon, like blocks are? i think they are just add a leafs with a 2" block or something from what ive been reading on the net, but id just end up ditching that for some 4" lift leafs for the rear.
