what do I need to fix my stock suspension?
I have an '86 4runner that has IFS in the front and Leaf springs in the back. I am wanting to maintain the stock height but have no clue as to what I need to renew it. The rear end sags a few inches which looks horrible and The front has never had any work for about 100,000 miles. The front shocks are full of rust and need replacing. I need help with what parts I should get. I have never worked on a suspension other than replacing shocks.

With that many miles on it, you might want to check the ball joints (both upper and lower). Also, if the suspension has been untouched for 100k miles, I'm suspecting that the steering has also. New tie rod ends made a huge difference in the handling of my junk.
A super cheap fix for the rear is to use some stock springs from about a 1980-1983 Toy pickup. They have about an inch more lift to them than the '84-'88 springs. I currently have a set of '83 springs in my '88 'cause I broke my stock springs a couple years ago.
