ok so my 91 22re runner runs great the first time you start it in the morning and after work (sitting for 6+ hours) but if it sits for 5min to 2 hours and i start it it runs like crap other than idling it idles fine (sputering, no accel, and slow reving)
any ideas
I just replaced the fuel filter rotor and cap are new plugs and wires have about 30k on them and the plugs look good

Does the truck run fine if you start it cold and drive untill its hot?

 

yes and after it runs for 2-3 min it runs good on a warm start

o and if it matters my mpg sucks like 15mpg for a 5spd 22re with stock gearing and 16" tires

Haha, thanks man! you should see how many of these trucks are in my area, in a 200 ft radius there are 3 more 89-93 pickups.
And there are 5 more within a km of me
