Night Run idea - Bull Dog Canyon

I was just wondering who would be interested in doing a night run? I think that while there are a couple runs in the works, it doesn't hurt to think about the near future. I have no specific date in mind @ this point - more trying to see what the interest would be first!!

Who would like to do a night run? Especially now that it's becoming warmer out - it would be really nice to do a Saturday night thing!

Ideas?? Thoughts??? other trail Suggestions?

John

P.S. - you know this is really beginning to be a tight group, and that I like!

You know you can count on me for any runs - as long as ya think my stock rig can keep up!

I've never been to Bulldog Canyon - what is the terrian like? Do you have any pics from that area?

I know its out in the Superstitions, but I've never been so that sounds good to me!!

Never been there, but I'm up for it. Actually, I've never been wheeling at night. Sounds like fun! Just let me know when.

That's what I need to do, get the lights set up! I have some I have been looking into and I think I am going to get them.

If they turn out to be a good thing, I will write up a review and recommend them for others.

I will see if I can locate some pictures and post them up. I don't have any personally as it has been 5 years since I have run it, however I remember it to be a fun trail. My buddy Andrew took his '99 stock extracab TRD taco on it and made it fine.

I'd be interested. I've got some rock lights that I haven't had much opportunity to use.

I think a really fun night run would be Trail 404 which is a spur off Camp Creek. I did a spur of the moment dark run the other week to get a feel on how it was like out there in the black.

It's pretty amazing. The trail itself has very little technical, but is very tight with some snug overgrowth. If you wax you vehicle every Friday... this run wouldn't be very fun. But if you guys are into checking out a really cool place we should really get something going.

For me, weekends work for late runs... but I can generally squeeze something in during the week if we are off the trails by 11:00.

Not trying to hijack this Bull Canyon run, just throwing out suggestions.

I think it's more about a night run than where we go!

Thats what was gonna ask - is that a Kia?? If a Kia could make it, I'm sure my rig can make it!

I'm down for any time - except for this Saturday. I'm going to see one of my fav bands to see live - The Aquabats!

But, I'll be around Sunday if anyone is up for some wheeling.

Hey! I've been MIA because of the build up and wind down of my utah trip, but I'd be down. Any dates?
Elvota mentioned doing a little night run out by rio verde. That would be cool to do on a work day even!

I don't want to hijack this thread. I'll be watching to see when it happens and hopefully I can join.

Here is another idea in the meantime:

I haven't thought of a date yet for Bulldog canyon night run. I wanted to see who would be down for it first.

I definately need it to be a weekend though. Prefer a Saturday night.

Out of the folks, who is a for sure for a night run?

I am in.

I'm still in for this one.

It might not be a good idea to do this next saturday if we are still planning on doing Red Canyon next Sunday.

Yeah, it would be too early this coming weekend. I was just mentioning I prefer a Saturday night run - not this upcoming Saturday!

I need to get some Rock Lights on first!!

That is a Kia. That rig has been all over AZ trails, I've seen it out numerous times. It was lifted, etc.
