Tranny coolers.......standard on 2000 4runners?

My sister has a super mint 2000 top of the line 4runner. Thing is loaded and never seen Michigan salt.

Anyway, she was wondering if it had a tranny cooler on it. I looked up in front of the radiator and couldn't see another radiator.

Were these standard on these trucks? And if so, where is it at? Thanks.

Nope they dont have tranny coolers. TRD makes one for it. But most people go the cheaper and better route with Hayden's tranny coolers 678 or 679.

kevin444, does it not have the stock one? If thats what hes asking? Not sure if hes asking if it has one at all or just if it has an extra. Cuz just the stock cooler is in the radiator. Correct?

The bottom half of the radiator is for tranny cooling. But alot of people add the TRD or Hayden for extra cooling.
