Bump Stops Replacement

It might not be an easy thing to do, but my choice would be to cut the bolts or cold-chisel (split) the nuts off. The make a little tool called a nut-splitter, try finding one, the easiest way to do it for sure. Looks like these.

Thanks for advice guys. I got them off with soaking them generously with wd40 and getting adjustable pipe wrench and a few wacks with a hammer. However i paid someone to replace my steering rack bushings. That costed me $150 in labor alone.
