Paint Chipping on Blue FJ

Paint Chipping on Blue FJ
15k miles and 80+ paint chips. Complained to the dealer and was told they bought back another customers blue FJ due to excessive chipping. Toyota Rep said he has not heard of any problems? Anyone else out there had similar problems?
