Paint job and rust removing-- finished.(pics) ..next project started :)

Well, finally finished exterior of my car.
As you can see, in the next picture, the car was full of rust :

I added a bullbar in front, and 2 hella lights.


Next projects :
4.88 gears and a truetrac lsd in front (ordered from PORC)
manual hubs
winch

Well, not many companies send parts overseas, but found some great people here on yotatech (Phill - trdparts4u , Roger - 4Crawler, Alex - PORC) - who helped me..

what did you do to remove the rust? and what did you choose for paint?

I'm curious because im doing this myself right now.

First the rust was removed with wire-disk (don't know the exact english name for the disk) -it looks like this :


After that, was painted with a ground-coat, and after with a special paint (has bitum in it) - the local name is antifon.
In the cavities i used the Wurth cavity wax.

Looks good, eastern european econoboxes must scurry off the road in terror when they see you coming.

Is there a large toyota offroad following in Romania?
