This is not mine but here's a link to one that is for sale, and it has specs and all.

All I did was use the search button right next to todays posts and typed in prerunner. Make sure you search for topics before posting. And also, welcome, to YT

pre runners dont need sliders ( you want the truck as light as poss.), i like the downey rear bumper and maybe have a local guy make you a front pre runner bar.

prerunners are for high speed stuff, so yeah sliders are not necessary.

I think your biggest area of concern should be the IFS!

What kind of budget are looking at?

There are not a lot of options out there. The only real lift kits you can get for the 1st/2nd gen 4runner are either drop bracket lifts or long travel kits. There are some in between like low profile bumps and torsion bars.

I'm running the total chaos gen II caddy kit and it has to be the best mod I have done, besides a locker of course. The kit is very streetable and handles everything I throw at it.

If you dont want to spend the money on a l/t kit, someone said that protrux made a new upper control arm that allows you to fit a 2.5" shock.
