274/70 R16 fit stock height 3rd gen 4Runner?

Sorry if this has been answered already; I searched the FAQ and forum, but didn't really get a clear answer.

I want to know if my stock ride height '96 4Runner Ltd (with the stock 16x7 wheels), can run these tires without rubbing:

My neighbor has some Hankook winter tires (can't remember the model, but they are excellent winter tires) 275/70 R16's with only 3000 Km on them, from his wife's Tahoe. He will sell them to me for less than half price. He says they are the same height, only a tad wider than what I'm currently running.

After driving my 4Runner with the 265/75 R16 through icy conditions. I want better traction for next winter, 'cause I find the BFG A/T's pretty scary on ice (OK in just snow though.)

If the tires do rub, can you tell me where the clearance issue is?

Those other tires should be fine. You're only talking 1 cm wider and even a bit smaller in the height dept (~19.9 cm sidewall on your current tires, about 19.25 cm sidewall on the others) Pretty similar, I dont think it will matter
