opening circuit relay. What and Where is it. toyota efi's

opening circuit relay on EFI models. Where is it located? behind the Fuse block in drivers side kick panel? Also what is it used for? Need to locate and grab it for my efi swap.

It controls the fuel pump. It's behind the kick panel on the pass. side, though.
