leaky fluids under wheel well?

i have an 86 4runner and it just started leaking fluid under the front passenger wheel well and its comming out of a tube? is the tube disconnected? or is it supposed to be used as a drain tube??? help me?

A/C condensate drain.There's also an evap canister hose but it's supposed to go into the frame rail and nothing should come out of it.

Try to follow the tube/hose to see where it goes or what is goes to.Can you put pic of it.We can help alittle more if so.

definitely ac condenser hose by the way you describe it. and that fluid coming out of that hose should be just water from the condenser (and yes that's normal) but if it's not water...start following hoses
