3.75" i dont have any rubbing issues at all with these rims. I take that back, i did have rubbing but it was only on the mud flap, if you look in the first pic you can see they have since been removed.

I got these for the fronts - http://trdparts4u.com/PD-BJS1.aspx?MakeID=1
Then from this website i purchased the torsion bars, the 3" leaf spring lift, and the 2 1/2" longer HD shackles - http://trdparts4u.com/PD-BJS1.aspx?MakeID=1
Then i purchased the 4 ProComp ES3000 shocks and ES2000 steering stabilizer (i would go to the store and order them or by phone to get all the details correct, such as how long the shocks need to be) here - http://www.4wheelparts.com/PPT1819T3306.aspx
Then for wheels I bought these - http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
Then for tires i bought these - http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
The only thing with the tires is that there are 2 part numbers you need. One ends in 00141 and the other is 00140, one is right side tires, the other is left side tires.

Here is a first gen. It has 33's.
It gets wheeled.
ZERO lift front...leveled rear. Zero rubbing. All told, about 600 bucks, i think. It's got downey rear springs (not recomended) bj spacers, relaxed Old man emu torsion bars and front shocks...bilstein 5100's in the rear.

I would ask to see numbers on that. Every first gen i've come across has had larger fenders than every second gen i've come across. Not saying i've seen every truck out there, so i could be wrong.

If you're not afraid to trim, you don't need much lift at all. I'd be surprised if I had 1" of suspension lift. With cut or flared fenders, You could probably fit 35's without rubbing.
