Driveway poser shots
Came to my attention the other day that there were at least a couple people here that were interested in my truck and had never seen it before. I didn't have any good current pictures to share, but I got some today. Feel free to tell me what you think as it seems that there are more people than I thought here that don't post on 4x4Wire...
Pics:
I got a dang steep driveway, but you get the idea. Hope you guys dig them...

Are you going to make the switch to rear leaves at some point, or does the rear coil setup flex enough to keep up with the front?

How high!
How high? No, not the stupid movie you always see in the movie store but never rent... the 4Runner?!?! It looks really up there! Is there a ladder hidden somewhere under there to help ya up? Also, are those sets of rubber 35's? How much lift are you pushing now? Gosh I wish I would have seen your rig before! It's a beaute!

on the other hand i am positive he isnt having any CV problems
if u look in the 3rd pic, there is a solid axle up front. thus indicating no CV's-Casey

Makes more sense
Yeah, that makes more sense. I don't think 37"s would fit in the wheel well, and in the pic it looks like the tire could just barely squeze in there. Could have been updated too though y'know.

Wow!! Very nice, glad to see it finished, or at least close too. I am curious...is the track width the same front/rear now with the new front axle? Looks wider up front, or are my eyes seeing things??? Can't wait for you to get the whole deal ironed out so the rest of us can catch up!!

I can't wait either. It returns to DD duty next week so I have to get things ironed out quickly...

Sweet rig. What are your impressions of the SAS on road and off? Obviously we expext awesome off road performance but I'm wondering just how much the on-road handling has changed. I drove an 85 and thought it was actually pretty nice considering it didn't have good shocks on it so I was wondering what an SAS does to a newer truck.

For right now it drives like crap, but there are a lot of things wrong with it that I need to fix, nothing major. Check this link:

Golly
Sheesh... read through your website and looked at most of the pics. You did a hell of a lot of work! How much time would you estimate you put in? I'd be interested to find out. Let us know how it goes after the 1st drive!
