i believe they are 33s, he has only a 3in body lift for now. i actually just met him today before we went to the trail so im not real familiar. but he has plans for a SAS and leaf springs all around.

btw i need some tech help. when i got back on the road i noticed my brake pedal was real soft and my parking brake was non functional. i havent had time to trouble shoot it yet, just wondering if anyone had some suggestions for when i look at it tommorow. i recently installed the rear brake line extension from the downey kit, thats what im hoping the problem is.

Sounds like mud in your rear drums to me. It will clear out.

You may have snagged on of your Ebrake cables on something. They run down the swar bars in back to the drum. This shouldn't affect your pedal though. I would first off check your fluid level then pull a back wheel off and one of the drums to inspect the actual pads. If you have never pulled the rear drums sometimes they are a pain to get off and need a drum puller. You may be able to do it by hand though if they have been off anytime recently.

Looks like fun. I'm not a big fan of mud bogs because its such a pain to clean up after. How did those Michelin tires do in that stuff?

i think they woulda been ok if i coulda gotten all 4 of them to chip in and help instead of just one up front and one in the back. AIR LOCKER/LSD is key. i kept getting stuck as soon as the terrain went up-hill or the mud started getting thick, one wheel would start to slip and it was all over, pull out the tow strap. good thing i had a guy with me that had some REAL mud tires.

i checked the fluid this morning and its still topped off at 100%, im gonna bleed them first cause thats easier than actually taking the brakes apart. hopefully ill get this figured out

update : bled the brakes but i dont think its COMPLETELY fixed yet , they still dont feel JUST like they used to. but its better so thats ok for now. i adjusted the parking brake line underneath the car and that tightened right back up. does the parking brake attatch to both the front and rear brakes? it looked like the line ran to both, i was under the assumption that only the rear brakes were used for the parking brake.
