How to bump idle speed on '94 3vze?

So I looked in the worthless haynes manual.

I figure I should get a hold of an FSM somehow, but I'd like to know how to up my idle speed to about 800rpm for my coming winch install.

Any pictures/detailed descriptions would be fantasmagorical
