86 22re compression results

Ok, motor overheated and did a compression test before disassembly. The motor was not hot or even warm when tested.
Cylinder one: 70 first crank & 160 5th. Cylinder two: 70 first crank & 150 5th. Cylinder three: 90 first crank & 150 5th. Cylinder four: 60 first crank & 120 5th. All in P.S.I.

This truck has always had some blow by, what I mean by that is when you take the oil filler cap off when the motor is running there is like an oil mist that blow out the filler hole under low pressure.

Cylinder four seems alittle below spec but should I be woried about it????e

That's pretty worn.. Not the worst I've heard of by any means, but well worn.
Continue to drive it if you keep oil in it and put up with the blow by, but it's well post "service limit" spec.
