San Diego wheeling and shooting

Me and a friend are going out to Jacumba / Valley of the moon on Wednesday after Xmas. Sorry for the short notice, but this is just a short day trip that we are gonna make. I went out to valley of the moon a few weeks ago and found some new trails and some nice bolders to play on. I've got a bird tosser and I will try and get a box of clay birds to take with us. Everyone is welcome.

Damn, too short of notice for me and work. It should be a little wet out there, make sure and post some pics. I've never hit up that area, what are the trail like?

well, the one day it rained, it rained like heck. We even got some snow out there! Didn't stick to the ground, but it sure was cold and wet off and on. On the way back going over Tecate peak, there was snow sticking at 4000ft and lots of whiteout conditions. Accidents on both sides of the 8. I drove home in 4hi the whole way to el cajon. The pics are in the trail report section. And for those that have never been there, the trail is easy enough for a stock 4x4 but there are fun rocks that a built rig can play on too. The scenery is great out there...
