Balance of weight for jumping

Balance of weight for jumping
Im not big on rock crawling or slowing 4wheelin for of the fast paced jumping. the 4runners and all the videos ive seen is that they always go head first. What would you recommend as far as weight distribution. What is the weight difference between a ls1 and the 3.slow
