Super Swamper TSL 35x14.50x15 fitment?

Searched. How will these fit on a 88 4runner? 4in suspension lift and 2-3 in body lift. Is the width (14.5) going to make it driveable or even fittable on the truck? How are the tires overall?

THANKS!

i had a 1st gen truck with a 8" lift, 15x14 rims and 35x14.5x15 swampers. it cleared the fender wells when i turn. not recommended for rock climbing because the tire will touch.

I had an '89 with 4" susp, 3" body to clear 33x14.50x15 TSL SSR's. they didn't touch when flexed, and I loved the width & tread wear. Like the previous post, you're going to need more lift to rock crawl.

Can 14.5 width tires fit on a 10 in wide rim? Or is that unsafe?

I ordered mine as a package combo from 4wheelparts.com They were on 15x10 Eagle Alloy rims, backspacing 4. They fit great & didn't rub. see pic.

Thanks! I wish I hadn't sold it now , they were 15x10 wheels for sure, I loved they way they performed on/off road too. They were very wide, I had over 20k miles on them and they were only half-worn! Incidentally I have my current tires on 15x10's also, and they are 39.5x18x15 Boggers, the tire calls for a 15x12, but the previous owner must not have read the sidewall. I plan to put them on the right size rim with beadlocks shortly.

Are you going to re-gear for 35x14.50x15's?
