My new website. https://toyotaparts.solutions

Rolling out the new website for Toyota parts. Its gonna take alot of work on my sons part as I have no idea how to do anything except upload pics. Id like to get everyones feedback as it is. Ive been traveling around the southeast for the last couple months trying to find some good deals and hard to find parts. It seems like that will be a full time job in itself lol. Its a secure ecommerce site. If you guys want me to sell anything for you, i will do it at a very minimal charge. We are also working with Lakeland Toyota to buy bulk OEM from them to sell on the site. Its going to take a while to build up inventory but that is my main focus as of now. I will probably be selling entire vehicles on there as well. Yotatech members receive a 15% discount on all orders by putting in coupon code Yotatech at check out. Still lots of bugs to work out but i'd like to hear what ya'll think. We will also be restoring trucks at the facility, so Im looking for a few guys who would like to work a couple blocks from the beach. Thanks, Tony

Looks pretty good. A suggestion since you'll probably have some older guys checking out the site - bigger and or bold font sizes.

Just curious, do you need a license to sell vehicles in Fla?

Good idea! I can't read without my glasses. And yes, Florida requires a license to flush a toilet. No state tax but they get theirs

Tony - congrats, I think the website is pretty good, simple is best. We'll be in NC for the 4th, otherwise I'd have to drive up and celebrate the opening with you.

I ended up buying one of these. Man it makes loading and unloading trailers a cinch. It comes complete with everything you need except a battery. I've winched the 73 Pontiac onto the trailer. Car is close to 5000 pounds plus is was full of stuff for the shop. Best part, Made in the USA. I have it mounted in the back of the tahoe

I like the website design. Simple and easy to use.

You will probably need to put the items into different categories when you put more parts up, but for now, it looks good!

Thanks for looking Jake and thanks for the idea. I'll pass it on to my son. He's doing all the stuff for me. I hope this week to be putting a lot more parts on there. Spent the weekend moving trucks to the shop in between some much needed rain storms

Ordered the vinyl for the road side sign in front of the shop. If your traveling to the beach, keep a look out and stop in

The lettering on the roadside sign is done. It's a bit crooked. I HaTe ladders. Especially on uneven Florida sandy soil

There is a guy just north of Chattanooga that is supposed to have a ton of old yota parts. Have you run into him yet? I have his number somewhere and I'll send it to you when I find it.

Everything is moving along slowly but surely with the store. I've run into an inventory issue and I have figured out that I need to keep 10 trucks in inventory and rotate one out each week while bringing a new one in. RustEd's awesome first gen 4Runner cargo doors are up on the website. Get em while they're hot and support your yotatech brother in his endeavor.

Tony - this one might not be vintage enough for you, but price is pretty good: https://miami.craigslist.org/brw/cto/6173575934.html

I'm leaving for NC on Thursday or else I would look at this myself. Good candidate for a 3.4 swap.

I'm glad everything is going well with the store and your starting to get your inventory needs figured out! Thanks again for all your support and putting my doors up on your website, your help is greatly appreciated!
