why is it when i try to print something from the tool bar, i have about .5" on both sides of the paper, leaving words or pics missing ? BUT if i copy and paste to ms word it comes out fine, where is the setting to fix this ? can it be fixed ?

try to shrink the page size.

sometimes down to 90% will work. on some printers, i set them for 93%...
