MS Publisher

I am looking for a copy of Publisher for a PC. Can be an old version. I wrote a book back in college, in Publisher, saved it on a Zip disc, and lost the disc. Well I found the disc about 2 years ago, but had no way to access it. Just recently I found a zip drive at Goodwill ($2) and it actually works, but I no longer have a computer with Publisher. If anyone has an old version they would be willing to give up so I can publish this and become rich and famous, I would appreciate it. A buddy had Publisher and tried to convert this to Word, but it lost all the formatting and imbedded images, so I'd rather just work it this way if possible. Thanks for any help.

Open Office doesn't even want to try. Just asks for the original program, but doesn't have an option for Publisher.

Just go download the brand new office beta. It's still free.

I'll search around for the new Office version, that sounds like my best bet unless someone comes up with a copy of Publisher for me.

It's a whole book so the file size is a bit large, plus I can't work with a PDF any better than I can work with a Publisher file.
I can't seem to find the new Office download, either I'm stupid or it is no longer available, so I'm back to begging for an old copy of Publisher.

You probably won't find the humor in this like I did....

I didn't realize it, but I have Microsoft Office Small Business 2003 on my computer. Your last post made me go look through what is available as part of that package. Turns out I have Publisher and have had it on here since July of 2004. I opened it for the first time a couple of minutes ago...

You have my email address...

BTW, it can saved in Works and Word and a few other things from the looks of it.
