So i stayed up all night to wait for it to be releleased, and man was it worth it. The game is incredible. It makes doom look like Tetris. Anyway it is deffinatly shapping up to be the greatest game ever.

 

Long install time though. had to wait like 30 mins before Steam's servers werent so backed up to get an account running. try to play it without the internet connected though. Steam will auto update HL2, but after it does, it wont load. and i was only one level away from beating it. i spent 3 days woundering why and after some searching, i found that it didn't make a file (gameinfo.txt) in the bin dir. after i made that it went on smoothly.

 

Now that Steam updated HL2 to add multiplayer to it, it rocks even more.

I like using the gravity gun to fling PC monitors and towers at foes.

I think this game will take game of the year.
I like it way better than Doom 3, plus it runs better than Doom 3 for ATI card users.

HL2 was written with ATI users in mind.

 

I really want to buy this game, how's the multiplayer?

 

i want this game to come out on xbox... also waiting for doom III
