I like how it catalogs your old tests too.

You should compare it to another site though that we have used here quite a bit.
http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/

I bet you will see much lower speeds, perhaps as much as 50%.
Corey,
If you try different servers it will tell you who is sponsoring the test. This one was sponsored by speakeasy. I got the same results pinging the server in Seattle, WA 2400 mi away as I did Frederick, MD 24 mi away. lol guess that is what happens when you live in BFE and have an independent cable provider.

Heh, 4 computers, 2 folding, 1 overclocking, the other just my normal PC, plus my moms laptop, my sisters mac, and my dads computer. I think thats pretty good for 7 computers.

We were having server issues at that time this morning, well, most of the frickin' morning we had issues.

I could not get on at all, and then when I could, I could not surf here.
If he pushed the submit button more than once, it would quadruple post like it did.

dang... Keithguts.. Corey... what type of connection do you have? The bandwith the cable company I work for only allows 7mb/s for standard and 10mb/s premium... I can't wait for fiber straight to the house!

I just pay for standard 6 megabit down from Comcast.
Now Jim up the street has the same service and package, but he gets around 6 megabit down I think.

I must be on a good node here, and my new cable modem I got last year helps too.
It is the Motorola 5120, leasing it directly from Comcast.
It is said this is the best modem money can buy for Comcast service.
