FYI: This morning I was talking with a friend at work who lives in an apartment had his wirelss internet connection to the local cable "borrowed" and he found out a year later when his neighbor just happened to mention it at an open house. I found out this afternoon that when he told the cable company they prosecuted the neighbor that "borrowed" the connection.
