Anyone do Folding@Home?
Or am i the only one?
Basically, it's a Distributed computing project simulating how proteins fold...all stuff beyond my knowledge...all i know is they want people do donate spare CPU time to the project.
more info here: http://folding.stanford.edu/
Everyone who downloads this should join my one man team: Team NaeSLaS, #58440
or maybe consider putting together a yoda team?

When i was in highschool me and a few friends setup a 35 machine Linux cluster from a new computer lab that we were setting up for the next year. That summer 35 brand new pc's did nothing but ran folding@home 24/7.
It was pretty cool and we got a butt load of folding points for it.

i run it 24/7 on my desktop at home and run it overnight on my desktop here. feels good to have the comp doing something productful (if thats a word) while it downloads stuff over night.
